Deed, 1810 December 7, Buckingham and Prince Edward counties, Virginia, to John Sears.

Joshua Coffee of Tennessee deeded two parcels of land to John Sears of Buckingham County, Virginia, one of 26 3/4 acres in Prince Edward County and the other of 71 3/4 acres in Buckingham and Prince Edward counties, Virginia, on December 7, 1810. The deed was proved and recorded in the Buckingham County Court on March 11, 1811.
